The author is speaking about more than just medical heart issue, but spiritual

and emotional heart issues, when he speaks about issues of the heart. When

people misbehave it is not always because they are bad or want attention. It

is a cry out for help. Since you don’t know the pain someone feels inside or

the hurt they carry around. You don’t see how miserable they are feeling and,

the fact that they are blaming themselves for stuff they had no control over.

We all hurt and express how we feel differently. Some hide it deep inside

until they explode. Some go to the gym or tell everyone they know. Life is

and some overdosed. You just never know the pain behind someone’s smile.
