Abstract: The integration of the digital ecosystem in the teaching, learning and training processes requires having systems that support the educational experience. These systems must integrate pedagogy and technology (Crescenza, 2020), to offer an adequate support to both students and university faculty. Teachers must have pedagogical knowledge adapted to digital scenarios, as a fundamental factor to develop quality teaching strategies (Marcelo, Yot and Perera, 2016). And students need to deepen their management of technology and self-management of their learning, thus acquiring self-regulation skills (Aretio, 2019). In order for these processes to have continuous support from the institution, support units for teaching and educational innovation arise that incorporate experts specialized in techno-pedagogical care, such as e-learning managers and e-learning facilitators.
